Job Description : AGM FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS EAST AFRICA • Maintain & scrutinize Site accounts • Handle banking function • Finalize monthly accounts • Fund management • Supervise Accounts payable • Finalize Billing & submit bills to client • Follow up with client for collection • MIS-Physical, Revenue, Margin, Overhead, Receivables, Payables, Fund flow etc. • Variance analysis • AOP-Quarterly/Annually • CTC statement • Provide details for quarterly & annual audit to local /statutory auditor • Control over assets / stores / cash of the company • Supervise physical verification of stores/assets • Compliance with local tax & commercial laws • Handle tax assessment • Liaison with local consultants, auditors etc. • Manage and supervise store activities • Sub-contractor management • Logistics-Custom clearance, local transportation etc. • Handle legal issues & regulatory issues at site • Handle site admin and HR function • Handle Payroll function • Provide inputs for new tender CA (CA Attempt 1st/2nd/3rd ) • 15-20 years experience in managing site commercial activities for large commercial projects in Infrastructure industry will be preferred • Experience of International project sites will be an advantage
