Job Description : Production Manager (Stone Crushing quarry) Location- Kinshasa, DR Congo Job Responsibilities 1. Oversee and manage the entire stone crushing production process to ensure efficiency. 2. Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring high performance and safety. 3. Monitor machinery, crushers, and equipment for optimal operation and maintenance. 4. Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations. 5. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products, coordinating procurement and storage. 6. Troubleshoot production and equipment issues, implementing solutions quickly. 7. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. 8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials. Implement quality control procedures to meet industry standards. Required Candidate Profile 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related field (preferred). 2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in stone crushing or quarry operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
