Job Description : TRADITIONAL TRADE MANAGER UAE FOR FMCG The Traditional Trade Sales Manager will be challenged to lead from the front whilst demonstrating a strategic mindset, while overseeing all sales activities and manage the Traditional Trade sales team. The role reports directly to the National Sales Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide leadership to the traditional trade team, while examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements · Develop sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business as well as implement sales action plans · Establish clear sales objectives as well as compile and analyse sales figures · Develop strong relationship within the channel · Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits · Monitor and observe the brand and makes forecasts, identify new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offer the business a competitive advantage · Ensure attraction, retention and skill development of sales team to create a high performing talent pool KEY INGREDIENTS · Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field · Profound knowledge of the Traditional Trade Channel in the UAE market · Proven sales track record · Experience in managing a team of sales professionals · Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
