Job Description : GCFO MUMBAI Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) Location: Mumbai Are you a visionary financial leader looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? Were seeking a Group CFO to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization, driving growth and ensuring compliance at all levels Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals. Expertise in fundraising, treasury, investor relations,etc. Manage cash flow, capital markets, and large-scale project financing. Ensure legal, secretarial, and regulatory compliance. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team. Act as the primary liaison for investors and the financial community Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CA, CPA, or CFA preferred). 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including roles within publicly listed companies. Proficiency in IND-AS, IFRS, SAP, and multi-layered organizational structures. Expertise in tax laws, transfer pricing, and strategic financial planning.
