Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : EXPAT COO VIETNAM Role holder will be responsible for managing multi location teams of plant & functional heads in all aspects of Electrical Manufacturing operations. Act as a single-point accountability with the CEO & MD for setting & achieving operations-related goals. Role holder shall manage growth in revenues & EBITDA. Should have headed operations for multiple location operations in reputed fast growth driven organisations Should have detailed granular knowledge of all functions related to operations viz. production planning & control, supply chain management, logistics, customer handling, quality & EHS management, works accounts, PMIR. Should have experience with rapid scaling of operations & controls essential to manage growth. Should have experience of independently handling operations & reporting to the MD/Board of promoter-led medium-large manufacturing businesses Should have headed a medium large work-force at multiple locations Should have a thorough understanding of operations related metrics, reviews of plant operations & experience with successful conclusion of post-review actions. Should have commercial acumen with contracts, applicable laws & regulations of manufacturing & financial performance indicators for operations. Ideal Candidate: Engineer & MBA with at least 20-25 years of overall Electrical Manufacturing experience. Should have managed P&L of multiple plants Should be able to manage plants at different locations Should be able to conceptualize & Manage key growth projects Should be able to work closely with stakeholders
