Job Description : HR HEAD ABU DHABI UAE 20+ years experience Reporting to the General Manager, the role of the Human Resources Manager is to oversee the responsibilities for the HR/Admin and Camp departments for the group. Additionally, overseeing responsibility for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent and foster a positive work culture. As Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the the company and driving HR strategy forward. Restructuring & Centralizing HR function Implementing software solutions and streamlining processes Talent Acquisition Performance Management Rewards & Compensation Learning & Development (L&D) Key Requirements: Proven experience in HR leadership, particularly in blue-collar environments. Strong relationship-building skills, with a talent for working closely with stakeholders. A hands-on approach to developing and implementing HR initiatives across the business.
