Job Description : PLANT MANAGER PHILIPPINES The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Soap and Detergent products manufacturing facility in the Philippines. This includes ensuring efficient production, maintaining high- quality standards, optimizing processes, managing the plant's budget, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry background, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of achieving business targets. Preferred candidate profile : Over 15+ yrs of exp in Factory /Plant operations Must have at least 10+ yrs of exp in handling soap or detergent plant operations.
