Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD EAST AFRICA The Country Head - Africa is responsible for leading and driving the overall business strategy, growth, and operations in the country, with a strong focus on generating revenue, expanding business opportunities, and managing human resources. This role requires an experienced professional with a solid background in finance, operations, and HR management. The Country head will oversee the development and execution of the companys strategy, ensuring financial targets, operational efficiency, HR management, and compliance with local regulations are met. Require Skills :- Minimum 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 years in financial management or a related capacity. Masters degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in driving revenue generation, business growth, and managing large teams and HR functions. Extensive experience in managing country-level operations, preferably within financial services, manufacturing, or related industries. Deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting, P&L management, and revenue generation strategies Africa Exp. MUST
