Job Description : Head of Operations" for one of the leading companies in EPC and Heavy Engineering industry. The role will be based out of Mumbai as a location. Criteria: a) Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in chemical / mechanical engineering b) More than 20yrs of experience in operations with at least 3-4 years in a leadership position, with exposure to working in similar EPC and manufacturing set up in the Oil and Gas sector. c) Educational Background: BTech/BE Chemical or Mechanical d) Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and compliance. e) Candidates with current CTC in the range of 90 LPA to 1.1Cr should apply.
