Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR • B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (IIT preferred) with 20+ years in the chemical industry. • Proven leadership as Global Manufacturing Head or COO, managing multiple plants. • Strong expertise in driving SCM, Projects, operational excellence, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities: • Lead and optimize operations across multiple manufacturing plants in India . • Ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability in manufacturing processes. • Align operations with strategic business goals. Compensation: Candidates with a current CTC of ?2.00–3.00 Cr can apply.
