Reporting directly to CEO, this is a role for a retail operation who is a leader in their field. As an Operations Director in Retail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage all retail operations, ensuring profitability and growth. You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of operation. Your leadership skills will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and success within your team. Lead and manage all retail operations ensuring profitability and growth Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of operation Provide leadership and direction to your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success The ideal candidate for this Operations Director role brings a wealth of experience from the retail sector.
