Job Description : Plant Manager – Shea Nuts Processing Location - Mali We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with expertise in the processing of Shea Nuts, oil, and butter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring the highest standards in efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the Shea Nuts processing plant, focusing on nut, oil, and butter production. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance plant performance and product quality. - Monitor production schedules to meet output and quality targets. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. - Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align operations with business goals. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in a managerial role within Shea Nuts, oil, or butter processing. - Strong technical understanding of nut processing and oil extraction. - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
