Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Gurgaon CTC: Up to ?1.5 Cr PA Industry: FMCG / Automobile / Consumer Durables We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a leading organization in the FMCG, Automobile, or Consumer Durables sectors. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial leadership, ensuring strategic growth, and maintaining financial health and governance across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust financial strategies to support business growth and long-term sustainability. Oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Drive cost optimization initiatives, improve profitability, and ensure optimal capital allocation. Manage treasury operations, working capital, and investor relations to strengthen financial stability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, taxation laws, and corporate governance standards. Implement and optimize ERP systems and financial controls to enhance operational efficiency and transparency. Provide strategic insights to leadership on mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
