Job Description : Regional Sales Head Job location : Nigeria Job Description: Regional Head FMCG The Regional Business Head will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the companys presence in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities :- · Achieving Sales Targets · Brand Building & Marketing · Market Expansion · Team Recruitment & Development · Process-Driven Execution · Strategic Alignment · Budgeting & Reporting · P&L Accountability · Cross-Functional Collaboration · Leadership Development · Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). · 12+ years of experience in FMCG sales and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. · Strong understanding of the Nigerian FMCG market, including distribution channels and consumer behavior. · FMCG Industry exp. must · Nigeria Exp. Must · Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a hands-on approach. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
