Job Description : *DAP/NPK Head* for African Location Those who have a Good & Strong Experience in - *Fertilizer Plant* - Develop annual production plan and budget to achieve the business target (daily, quarterly & annual) and to increase the production volume while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality - Formulate and Implement strategies for improving the Fertilizer plant, identify improvement areas and projects that can be taken up to improve production volume, process efficiency or cost optimization - Lead the Bagging & Utilities processes, ensuring availability of day-to-day Production requirements such as air, water/ chilled water etc. and bagging of the fertilizer as per the inputs received from the Marketing Department - Oversee planning and implementation of maintenance schedules and shutdowns to enhance machine uptime, reduction in mean time between repetitive failures, contingency planning to ensure business continuity
