Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER DUBAI Posfix is a leading plastic manufacturing company specializing in innovative injection molding and plastic extrusion solutions for the retail and advertising sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to drive our manufacturing excellence and lead our production team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our plastic manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality output, operational efficiency, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the entire production team in plastic injection molding and extrusion departments Develop and implement production strategies to improve efficiency and productivity Monitor and maintain production quality standards Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control measures Analyze production data and generate performance reports Identify and resolve production bottlenecks Manage inventory and raw material requirements Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Mentor and develop production team members Collaborate with other departments to meet business objectives Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 15 Years in plastic, 5+ years of experience in production management Strong expertise in plastic injection molding and extrusion processes Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Proven track record of improving production efficiency Advanced understanding of manufacturing technologies and best practices Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Technical Skills: Proficiency in production planning software Knowledge of quality management systems Understanding of lean manufacturing principles Familiar with industry safety standards Advanced data analysis capabilities Language Requirements: Excellent command of English (fluency essential) Arabic language skills are a plus Prod
