Job Description : Head Production UHT SYDNEY AUSTRALIA 250-280K AUD Open to International candidates Qualification- Dairy Technologist with 15 to 20 years in production with strong working exp. in UHT is a must. Note - Candidates must have exp of atleast 8 years in UHT Responsibilities:- - To make production plan as per sales projection. - To ensure RM/PM availability for the given production plan. - To ensure utilities consumption, facilitate each equipment for necessary periodic maintenance. - To interact with co-packers ( third party manufacturers) for production planning, RM/PM availability and finalizing conversion costs for each production run. - To ensure that all the production data is updated in SAP - To lead customer audits and to guide the team for successful completion of such audits - To ensure all safety requirements are met and adhered by every person in the section.
