Job Description : Plant Head ???????????????????????????????????? - Kinshasha-DR Congo, Africa ???????????????????????????????????? - Beverage Requirements: * B.Tech in Mechanical, Food or a related field. * Proven experience in a senior leadership role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food & beverage industry. * Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices. * Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. * Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. KRA's: * Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring seamless production processes. * Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets, cost objectives, and quality standards. * Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of equipment and machinery. * Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations. * Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions for deviations. * Lead and motivate the plant team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Optimize resource utilization, including raw materials, manpower, and energy consumption. * Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials and delivery of finished goods. * Develop budgets and manage plant costs effectively to meet financial goals. * Implement lean manufacturing practices and drive operational excellence. * Analyze operational data to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
