The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 20 years of experience in managing and driving financial strategies. The role requires expertise in Accounting Principles (Indian GAAP), IFRS/IND AS, Fundraising, FEMA, Taxation, SEBI Listing Regulations, Investor Relations, Board Management, Transfer Pricing, Treasury Management, Forex Management, and Import/Export License Management. The CFO will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, optimizing financial operations, managing investor relationships, and leading the organization’s financial vision.
