Head of Finance

Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE EAST NIGERIA a leading food manufacturing company is looking to attract a highly experienced finance professional who would be responsible for providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. Responsibilities You would provide strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team, managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting while establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. Others include: ? Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives ? Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans ? Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team ? Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements ? Arrange for debt financing and equity financing Requirements ? Sc. Accounting/Economics/Business Admin or other related courses & ACA or ACCA certified ? Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in similar role and 15+ years in finance Experience in agribusiness is an added advantage ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
