This role requires a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with reputable companies, and experience as a profit center head. Local candidates with experience in managing various facilities, including stadiums and buildings, Arabic language will be an added advantage. Oversee the daily operations of the facilities management division, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the division's profitability and operational efficiency. Manage and maintain various facilities, including stadiums, office buildingse.t.c Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
