Job Description : HEAD HR (Indian National) - Gulf Exp Mandatory with Arabic Speaking Location: Oman Min. 20 years of HR experience - most recent role as Head of HR (total manpower of >20k for 1-2 yrs.) Strategic HR planning for EPC firms (staff, labour), rolling out performance management systems Nice to have - defining HR policies, Experience with implementing HR modules in SAP Prior experience working in an HR leadership role within a family business environment for min. 1-2 years (direct reporting to the CEO) Age Limit: 45-55 years old Nationality: Indian (Arabic speaking with Western Education)
