Job Description : HR Director – Cape Town An exciting opportunity for a hospitality experienced HR Director to join this international company, overseeing their expanding South African operations based in Cape Town. As HR Director your role oversees a large workforce across multiple locations including the commercial office & contact centre. The HR Director will be instrumental in attracting, developing, & retaining top talent while fostering a culture of engagement, diversity, & continuous improvement. This role serves as a key partner to the senior leadership team & Corporate HR team, driving HR strategies that support the business objectives. Requirements: Currently based in South Africa Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role managing large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
