Job Description : National sales manager Location : Nigeria Exp : 10+ Years Industry : Plastic Tank Design sales & distribution strategiesfor short term plans (1-3 years) and long-term plans (5-10 years). · Make channel sales/ trade Annual Business Plan (ABP) by forecasting and developing annual sales revenue for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. · Maintain granular visibility of numbers with a sharp acumen for sales analytics. · Responsible for preparation ofsales budget and give inputs for the marketing budgets. · Adding unconventional channel ofsales distribution to expand products availability & visibility. · Mange all formats of sales and distribution models, channel sales/Modern Trade/Online Trade/Institutional Sales etc. · Channel Expansions(WOD & DOD) for market coverage through Channel partner acquisition, retention & development. · Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current track of supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, currency fluctuation and competitors. · Develop and maintain long-lasting channel partner relationships; visit key partners regularly and give proactive/prompt response to inquiries, acting as the direct and primary contact. · Make strategy for customer advocacy by giving a warm welcome experience to new customer and ensuring they get an extra mile support in after sales services. · Create and implement sales processes and sub processesin the department. · Conduct regular dealer meets to create bonding between organisation and dealers/ distributors and ensure dealers/ distributors are well informed about the current product line, upcoming new products and related schemes / incentives.
