Corporate Quality Head

Job Description : Head – Corporate Quality -Chemical Organisation- Gujarat The Head of Quality Assurance Will Oversee & Drive All Quality Assurance Initiatives, Ensuring Adherence to Statutory, legal, & Environmental Standards While Fostering Continuous Improvement Across the Organization. The Incumbent Should be Proactive leader Who Can Manage Compliance frameworks, Enhance Quality Systems, & Effectively Collaborate-Across Departments for Product Excellence & Strengthen Operational Efficiency . Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Audits Ensure Adherence to Environmental, Health, & Safety Guidelines. Conduct EHS Safety Walks & Audits as Per the Defined Calendar. Manage Statutory & legal Quality Requirements effectively. Quality Systems & Standards: Implement & Maintain the Integrated Management System Across the Organization. Ensure NABL Compliance Practices Maintaining Reliability in Test Results. Develop Strategies to enhance the Product Development Division Operation Process. Raw Material & Vendor Management: Ensure Quality Adequacy of Key Raw Materials. Prepare Strategies for Vendor Qualification & Ongoing Evaluation. Develop & Implement Plans for Packaging Material Quality Assurance. Finished Goods & Change Management: Oversee Finished Goods Clearances, Ensuring to Meet Customer Requirements. Strengthen the Management of Change Process for All Quality Changes. Toll Sites & Manuals: Approve New Toll Manufacturing Sites & improve the Quality Assurance System. Implement & Ensure Effective Use of the Toll Quality Manual & Quality Plans. Conduct Periodic Central Quality Assurance Audits. Streamline the Raw to Market Handling Process. Collaboration & Process Integration: Improve Integration with R&D, Purchase, Marketing, & Operations Teams. Foster a Culture of Collaboration to enhance Organizational Efficiency. Training & Leadership Development: Arrange Internal Auditor Training on IMS & NABL for QA Managers. Provide IMS Awareness Training to All Operational Employees. Enhance leadership Skills & Drive a High-Performance Culture Within the QA Team. Continuous Improvement: Implement the Process Using Quality Risk Assessment & Process Risk Assessment for All New Products. Strengthen Systems to ensure Consistent Quality & Regulatory Compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Chemistry with PhD Extensive Experience in Quality Assurance, Preferably in a Manufacturing or Chemical industry. In-Depth Knowledge of EHS Guidelines, IMS, NABL Compliance, & Regulatory frameworks. Strong leadership, Strategic Planning, & Team Management Capabilities.
