Head of Structure

Job Description : Head of Structure - Metal Plant Location: Republic of Congo Industry: Mining and Metallurgy ( Metal Plant) Role Overview: To oversee structural design, maintenance, and operational excellence at our metal plant green field project in the Republic of Congo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and organizing construction projects, including developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. 2. Studying, modifying and approving civil and steel structure drawing within stipulated time. 3. Ensuring that all construction work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements. 4. Managing project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 5. Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 6. Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards. 7. Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. 8. Maintaining accurate project records and documentation. Qualifications: · •Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field. · •Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the mining or heavy industrial sectors. extensive expertise in structural engineering, project management, and infrastructure optimization.
