Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management processes. Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high performance. Advise senior management on HR policies, organizational structure, and workforce planning. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the tourism and entertainment sector. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to implement practical solutions. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
