Job Description : HEAD ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE DUBAI senior role of Head Ethics and Compliance. The role is primarily responsible for overseeing the risk management and compliance program within the organization, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. The candidate is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the risk and compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient. You will develop and maintain an integrity and compliance program including policies, training, awareness, to shape a culture of integrity, you will identify key integrity and compliance risks and you will ensure an effective framework of controls to mitigate these risks. Further you will manage effective grievance mechanism and investigate allegations of misconduct. The role reports to the Director Risk Management. Selection Criteria: · A minimum of Twelve (12+) years of proven experience of compliance in a large international matrix organization and complex business environments, where you acted with high level of autonomy and you are used to operate in a diverse, multi-cultural, multinational corporate environment; · A University degree in any field but with emphasis on Law, Business Studies. Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) or Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) are preferred. · Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging legislation, standards and regulations as well as compliance monitoring techniques; · Demonstrated success and on-the-ground experience as a senior Compliance Professional with close working experience with the Senior Management teams. · Proven track record of implementing a global compliance framework. · Knowledge of global regulations such as anti-bribery, data privacy etc. · Experience with Risk Management processes and systems. · Ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion and tact. · Ability to build supportive relationships with everyone across the Group. · Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to influence at all levels. · Excellent organisational skills. · Knowledge of the industry might be helpful, but it is not a must. · Good project management background.
