Job Description : CFO NIGERIA 25+ years experience in the upstream Oil business is seeking an experienced finance leader to join team as Chief Finance Controller for Africa. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the upstream oil business and be a qualified Chartered Accountant. Key Requirements: - Develop and implement financial regulations and policies - Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Define financial strategy, including capital sourcing, working capital management & outsourcing plans - Ensure effective capital deployment & monitor ROIs - Ensure timely & accurate preparation of financial statements
