Job Description : RETAIL FLOOR MANAGER CAMEROON Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Maintain an efficient and harmonious teamwork environment Complete supervision of the store and all its processes and procedures from its sales activity, to its cleanliness as well as its atmosphere Communicate clearly, concisely, accurately, and tactfully in order to ensure effective store operations as well as superior customer interactions Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Purchases & Stock management ( with maintaining ageing factor , re order level etc) Maintain positive relationships with all suppliers Oversee all transactions taking place in the store (client purchases, supplier deliveries, etc.) Hold frequent marketing discussions with the manager for in store promotions and publicity based on market movement Prepare sales movement and stock statements for the manager when required Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates from Alcohol or Beverage Industry are preferred Retail Background preferred Fluent in written and spoken English WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or equivalent certificate with Level 1/2 will be a plus. Proven successful experience as a Retail Sales Person / Supervisor Min 3 yrs. Experience in retail / equivalent.
