Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives in a competitive market. Oversee operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions to clients. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and drive revenue growth. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company at the forefront of innovation. Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to meet or exceed targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization. Ensure compliance with local regulations and global IT standards. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role within the IT sector. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Track record of achieving business growth and managing large-scale operations. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Middle East IT market and familiarity with regional business practices. Knowledge of cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and other cutting-edge technologies. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar credentials.
