Job Description : R & D MANAGER MEXICO Senior Research and Development Specialist with a focus on sausage manufacturing (Sr R&D: Sausage, Ham or Poultry Product manufacturing). This role is perfect for an individual with a strong background in the meat industry, specifically in research and development. The successful candidate will have excellent practical skills in sausage, ham, and other meat and poultry product manufacturing, coupled with theoretical knowledge of pilot plant operations.
