Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description : TRADE MARKETING MANAGER KSA A large regional player are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to join their team in Saudi to provide an excellent level of support across all aspects of Trade Marketing, focusing on the brand shopping experience amongst all retail partners, taking direct responsibility for accounts. Your Role: You will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of the annual Trade Marketing budget for the Company's brands portfolio. On a strategic level the Trade Marketing Manager role will help to ensure that profitable volume growth is achieved for the brand portfolio through your in depth understanding of the complexities of each channel and customer. You will manage all promotional spend and trade investment in line with the annual budget and proactively help to identify and maximize opportunities for the brand portfolio. You will need to ensure that the appropriate systems, protocols and best practices are in place for the smooth and effective management of trade spend and investment, in line with Company and customer requirement. Manage the 4Ps and develop the channel strategies for their well-known portfolio encompassing GCC markets. They are looking for, and this will best suit, commercially minded individuals who have demonstrated the ability to lead and outperform competitors in their career to date. Being the link between the Brand team and business development Managers, this is a vital role within the organization. Must Have: You will require approximately 8 + years’ experience in the FMCG industry with a mix of sales and trade marketing position. Proven experience in up-selling and adding value within an FMCG and retail environment will be helpful in reaching KPIs and business goals. A growth fanatic who is fast & action oriented would be a great fit for this role.
