Job Description : Chief Executive Officer – CEO: Budget INR 1.75 Cr to 3.10 Crore Talent with MINIMUM Current salary around 1 crore INR Per annum, can be preferred. Lead and direct the group for a chemical manufacturing company/ units. strategic Goal Setting for the group and organization Manage the funds, businesses, and resources accordingly. Reporting to the Board / Director Location- Gujarat, Near Vadodara (15 -20 KM from Vadodara) BE/B Tech.- Chemical Engineering, Postgraduates and management graduates are preferred. Graduates from premier institutions will be appreciated and preferred. NIT, IIT, and Other Premier Engineering Institutions of India. PEDIGREE matters a lot for this leadership position. Total -25 PLUS years & Minimum 8 Years of Experience as a Chief Executive / Leader, preferably A minimum Current salary of around 1 crore INR Per annum may be preferred. Must have exposure and abilities to handle the project in tune of 150 to 201 plus Crore INR business. Ability to manage and Oversee the Finances, P & L management Exposure to chemical manufacturing public limited companies will be an added advantage. Cash flow & Capital Planning Management Knowledge STRATEGY & VISION - Operational Leadership and Excellence in Execution Exemplary leadership in the OD and Cultural Developments Business excellence, Relationship Management & Innovative Creative Leadership Regulations, Risk Management, and Mitigations Expertise Hands-On for leading the Research Team & Technological Advancement Customer-centric Relationship management skills. International business exposure with clients in countries like Japan, America, the EU, etc… preferred.
