Engineering and Maintenance Head

Job Description : Head of Engineering & Maintenance EAST AFRICA Functional Area: FMCG CTC : Negotiable Exp : 15-20 years - Effective Maintenance strategy for the Plants and operations within the BU - Capex and Opex budgeting and implementation adherence - Lead design, planning and implementation of expansion projects - Lead cost saving ideation and initiative implementation - Cost efficient maintenance programs. Criteria - - BE/B-tech in mechanical engineering - Minimum 15 years experience in FMCG in the Engineering field - Must have managed the engineering function (at least 3 plants) or a very large single site. - Experience in multiple processes / large operation.
