Job Description : FC TANZANIA : Finance controller Industry : Manufacturing Education : CA Qualified Job Description : Overseeing, managing, and streamlining all activities and functions within the Finance & Accounts Department (AR / AP / GL / Reconciliations / Costing / Tax Filing etc.) Managing preparation of month-end management reports for Senior Management, including Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, etc. Coordinating the audit process and managing expectations with 3rd party auditors to ensure timely and accurate year-end financial statements. Managing cash flow and treasury operations. Developing and managing implementation of financial controls and procedures. Ensuring compliance with local revenue authority and government regulations. (e.g., statutory filing compliance) Ensuring debt management and collection. Conducting financial analysis and forecasting. Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances. Ensuring adoption and utilization of relevant technology where necessary. Training & supervision of the team with delegated duties Appraisal of the team against set KPIs (performed with HR / GM) with recommendations for further development.
