Job Description : BENEFICIATION HEAD NIGERIA • The incumbent would head the complete commissioning and operations of the unit. • To review the project design, the suggest changes in design and construction which could reduce project cost and time. • Post commissioning, would be leading operations and ensure quick turnaround. • Identify options and implement actions to adopt best practices for production • Identify potential issues and collaborate with Mine and/or Processing management to prevent, mitigate or resolve them in a real-time environment • Development and R & D activities to ensure improvements in plant weight recovery and grade. • To work in close coordination with the operation department for corrective action in the process and suggest them process parameters to achieve maximum plant weight recovery and grade of the concentrate. • Implement process controls/improvements to minimize process wastages and enhance overall efficiency. • Procurement planning and execution, Audit for facilities, equipment • Would be responsible to ensure complete adherence to HSE, Legal etc. • The beneficiation head is also concerned with maintaining required quality of the product. • Responsible for preparing & proposing accurate annual budgets for management approval to implement the operational plan effectively and managing maintenance activities within the allocated budgetary provisions to ensure cost effectiveness • Ensure both long-term and short-term maintenance plans and schedules are reviewed and coordinated with production demands (including shutdown planning and scheduling B.E With Minimum 15 years of experience into Iron Ore plant.
