15 yearsJob Description : Chief Financial Officer - CFO The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization. The CFO provides strategic leadership to drive financial performance, risk management, financial planning, and reporting. This individual plays a pivotal role in guiding the organizations financial direction, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering sustainable growth. We are looking for candidates who are having experience in Construction Industry. Work Location will be in Umm Al Quwain - UAE Key Responsibilities: # Financial Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Provide leadership and direction for all financial activities, including planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Collaborate with senior management to drive long-term financial and operational planning. # Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis. Ensure financial transparency and integrity, presenting financial results to the Board of Directors, stakeholders, and investors. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve business performance and profitability. # Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development of the annual budget and financial forecasting processes. Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and variances against budget to ensure financial stability. Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for operational efficiency. # Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure the company’s financial practices comply with industry standards, legal regulations, and tax requirements. Develop and implement strategies for risk management, including internal controls and fraud prevention. Oversee audits and regulatory filings to maintain compliance. # Capital Structure and Fundraising: Oversee capital structure management, including debt, equity, and financing strategies. Lead efforts in fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation to support strategic growth. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions. # Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Establish financial performance metrics and set goals for the finance department. Lead talent development efforts to ensure a high-performing, skilled finance team. Qualifications: Education: A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience: 15+ years of experience Compensation: Salary will be Between AED 20,000.00 to AED 22,000.00 (All Inclusive) Other Compensation as per the UAE Labor law
