Job Description : Group - CEO – Mumbai Mid-size high growth multi-sector, multi-company group- professionally managed with operations in India & overseas B) The Role An exciting leadership opportunity for a TRANSFORMATIONAL CEO – to drive transformation/growth / international expansion of a group of companies within the group – 2X growth in top line and EBIDTA C) Ideal Candidate Profile i. Engineer + MBA preferred ii. 47-53 yrs / 25+ years of experience, iii. AT least the last 5-7 years in a Divisional MD / CEO/ or equivalent leadership role of a Multi-company Division, Multi-Industry / Multi P&L group iv. Background in technology-driven engineering products/services for process manufacturing is advantageous. v. Proven track record in DRIVING TRANSFORMATION, building sustainable, high-value businesses through organic and/or inorganic growth vi. Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to ethical business practices. vii. Driving INTERNATIONAL expansion experience a MUST viii.
