Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE STRATEGY UAE The Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy (Portfolio Investment) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives related to the organization's investment portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of investment strategies, portfolio management, and the ability to align investments with organizational objectives. Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategy initiatives focusing on portfolio investments Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks to provide strategic recommendations Develop comprehensive investment strategies aligned with organizational goals and risk appetite Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for optimization Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of investment strategies with corporate objectives Lead due diligence processes for potential investments and portfolio companies Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to senior management and board members Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, investment firms, and industry experts Mentor and guide team members in strategic planning and investment analysis Drive innovation in portfolio management approaches and investment strategies Required Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are highly preferred Minimum 10-12 years of experience in investment management, corporate strategy, or related fields Proven track record in portfolio management and strategic planning Strong understanding of UAE and GCC markets Excellent knowledge of investment principles, financial markets, and risk management Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills Proficiency in portfolio analytics and performance measurement Strong understanding of investment instruments and markets Excellent data analysis and research capabilities Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency Soft Skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment Benefits Package Competitive salary Housing allowance Transportation allowance Medical insurance for self and family Annual leave as per UAE labor law End of service benefits Educational assistance for children Other benefits as per company policy
