Job Description : QA Manager (Distillery and Brewery) for East Africa Experience Required: Min 10 to 15 Years of Experience Qualification: B.E Chemical/M. Sc. Chemistry or Relevant Field of Qualification Job Profile: • Experience of Process/QA/ISO/ Chemical analysis of Raw material and Finished goods/Knowledge of Gas Chromatography and other QA Equipments. • Implementing a quality management system throughout the manufacturing process and into the marketplace. • Responsibility for Microbiological and Chemical analytical methods applied in Product Testing as per local standards. • Responsible for Hygiene Audit & Internal Audit of the plant as per ISO guideline, ISI Testing of ENA, DM Water testing, Conductivity Meter, PH Meter ect.
