Contracts Administrator

Job Description : Construction Contracts Administrator (QS) MEDINA KSA. a leading Cost Consulting PQS, expanding portfolio of work in Saudi Arabia. Based in Medina and work on the management of all proposals and contracts related to the master plan development programme including oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management. Full job spec is available to applicants selected for interview only. Candidates will need to have between 10 to 15+ years experience and at least 5 years working in the GCC. Candidate MUST BE IN KSA Currently with a transferable Iqama. Preferably Arabic speaking Degree in Quantity Surveying Ideally or other Construction Related subject. Worked for and International PQS Consulting or Project Management Leading International group, for at least 10 years on the consultancy (client side) and NOT construction contracting. Worked in major matserplanned developments in region through the full Post Contract duration. Max salary 35K per month, 25 days holiday, flight allowance (standard), Healthcare for self/ partner if on the visa. Role is based in MEDINA.
