Job Description : AGROCHEMICAL BUSINESS HEAD IVC 20+ years experience ? Be responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) Crop Dr. business in CIV ? Develop strategic plans and budgets and lead the implementation for the Crop Dr. business ? Manage product and brand registration ? Develop procurement and sales for Crop Dr. products ? Plan resource requirements, staffing, capital expenditure to achieve the required targets ? Ensure operational effectiveness by managing costs, planning and achieving planned turnover and managing stock ? Manage relevant external relationships and partnership with key institutions and partners ? Build strong relationships with internal sales teams and external distributors ? Track market knowledge and information ? Manage and develop the Crop Dr. team ? Develop and execute product related sales training ? Ability to communicate effectively in English and French, both in written and in oral form is required
