Job Description : UNIT HEAD EDIBLE OIL VIETNAM - Manage end to end production, maintenance, of edible oil manufacturing plant in Vietnam. - Prior experience in edible oil industry is preferable. - Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers- expectations - Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. - Production planning daily/weekly/monthly with available resources to meet production demand - Manpower planning. - Shop floor maintenance & co-ordination with Quality/Engg./Stores/Purchase for the smooth running of production. - Documentation of product technology dockets. - Co-ordinate Wastage Reduction & Yield Enhancements
