Job Description : VP MANUFACTURING GURGAON FOR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for: - Leading and directing the manufacturing operations for all 3 plant locations to obtain optimum performance while reaching strategic goals. - Formulating and implementing strategies and actions leading to continuous improvement in productivity, product quality, customer service and safety. - Designing and implementing best-in-class business processes including manufacturing system optimisation, supply chain developments and quality improvements. - Ensuring that all operational activities are in compliance with relevant local, corporate and government rules and regulations. - Creating short and long-term strategies for personnel, materials and facilities. The Successful Applicant - An engineering graduate with a minimum of 15 years of total experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing industry. - Must have experience handling multi-plant manufacturing operations. - Must have experience in formulating and holding the team accountable to KPI's to meet or exceed organisational objectives. - Experience in implementation of continuous improvement principles. - Excellent leadership and organisational skills
