QA/QC Manager

Job Description : CIVIL AND INFRA MEP QA/QC MANAGER OMAN 12+ years experience 1. Responsible for development and execution of all Quality Assurance & Quality Control plans for all projects and business units within the Civil, MEP & Infrastructure division and in line with organizational strategy, international standards (ISO etc), statutory requirements 2. Responsible for all internal and external quality audit programs, remedial actions and non-conformity management, ensuring seamless documentation and knowledge sharing through Intelex and other management information systems 3. Responsible for deployment of resources & processes for investigations in cases of violation of quality standards and ensuring that gaps are resolved through appropriate corrective actions 4. Responsible for specific departmental financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions 5. Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, KPIs and attainment thereof.
