Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dubai, UAE Office Location: DIFC Salary: AED 100,000–120,000 per month (all-inclusive), plus annual bonus and benefits This role is open to both local candidates and those from outside the GCC Are you an accomplished finance leader ready to shape the financial future of a dynamic and ambitious organisation? Our client, a market-leading REIT manager headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and strategy. Managing a portfolio of REITs with global reach and ambitious growth plans, this organisation offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping its future success. The CFO will oversee financial management, regulatory compliance, and investor relations while contributing to strategic acquisitions and business expansion in key markets, including the UAE, UK, USA, and Saudi Arabia. Lead and manage a finance team of eight professionals across the organisation's operations. Oversee financial strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain rigorous financial reporting in a heavily regulated environment. Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the organisation’s strategic vision, including stakeholder engagement and financial planning. Drive the financing of long- and short-term goals, including prospective acquisitions and new business opportunities in key markets. Manage relationships with institutional investors, public shareholders, and bondholders, while cultivating new investor relationships. Monitor and optimise cash flow, oversee budgets, and deliver accurate financial forecasts and reports to the Board. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the DFSA Prudential Rule Book and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). A proven track record in corporate finance, including strong relationships with banks and experience negotiating complex financial deals. Previous experience in listed companies, ideally with REITs, heavily regulated businesses, or real estate investment. High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and humility, with the ability to inspire trust and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with strong governance and compliance expertise. Prior experience in the Middle East or with international portfolios is helpful, but not a requirement AED 100,000–120,000 per month, inclusive of housing and transport allowances.
