Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager (plastics)-Massachusetts. Growing company has an exciting opportunity available for a Plant Manager. This position will drive operational performance, manufacturing impr-ovements and people development. The position will have 200 plus total reports. Requirements: 10+years of experience in senior operational positions in a complex manufacturing environment. Experience in the plastics and / or packaging industry is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in engineering is required. Lean manufacturing experience is required. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred. Spanish language skills a plus.
