Job Description : Senior HR Manager – Riyadh | SAR 50,000/month** We’re seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee HR operations in Riyadh. This role will drive HR strategies, align policies with business goals, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and cultivate a high-performance culture. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and department heads, managing key HR initiatives, talent development, employee relations, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive talent management, development, and employee retention. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, including Saudization. Advise leadership on HR matters, fostering a positive work environment. Requirements: 10+ years of HR experience in professional services (ideally in KSA). Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships at all levels and navigate sensitive HR matters. Proven experience in Reward and Benefits or Talent Development.
