Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this pivotal role involves managing regional teams and includes travel opportunities to ensure alignment and excellence across all locations. Qualifications: Experience: 4-5 years in the UAE and 12-14 years overall in HR. Sector Expertise: Retail/luxury experience is mandatory. Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and drive HR initiatives across multiple geographies. Mobility: Willingness to travel across the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.
